Matt Wolf

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Matt has been CEO of Contract Pharmacal Corp (CPC) for 20 years, one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of supplements and drugs in the USA. Under Matt’s leadership, CPC’s annual revenue has grown from $50 million to over $250 million. Matt brings vast experience in manufacturing, packaging, drug development, nutraceutical compliance, retail pharmacy, analytical testing, regulatory affairs, corporate development, FDA, DEA, and cannabis.

Matt has been the CEO at Contract Pharmacal Corp. (“CPC”) for over 20+ years. He grew the company revenue from $15 million to $55 million in the span of 9 years. Since 2006 he has grown that business from $55 million to $205 million today. He has relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, contract packaging, generic drug development, nutraceuticals, retail pharmacy, analytical testing, international regulatory affairs, corporate development, FDA, DEA, and major pharmaceutical company audits. CPC has 17B annual solid-dose capacity, 12M annual bottling capacity, 500k sq. ft. production facilities, 60 major partners and has commercialized 5k products worldwide.

Spencer is a graduate of the Ross School of Business and has 20 years of experience in finance and investing. He is currently an SVP at Chimera Securities where he manages a trading desk of 80, in addition to compliance and HR.

Dan, a graduate of the Simon Business School, has 19 years in investment banking as a CFO and Managing Director, directly serving middle-market clients raising equity capital for growth or fulfilling shareholders’ exit strategy.
